They express the practical ways of applying the objectively existing regularities of combat activities at the tactical level. The principles of combined arms combat are reflected in statutes, manuals, and other guiding documents.
Knowledge of the principles of conducting combat assists commanders and staffs in their practical activities and enables them to demonstrate logically consistent initiative and creativity in troop command and control. The article shows commanders the correct ways to achieve the objectives set before them in any combat situation by being guided by the principles of conducting combat.
As a result of the analysis of the research, it has been determined that the irreversible influence and vitality of the principles of military art lie in the fact that they objectively reflect the nature and character of armed struggle and its regularities, and therefore allow commanders and staffs to make correct decisions in the most complex conditions, to find the most effective methods for the employment of weapons and combat equipment, and to skillfully achieve the defeat of the adversary.
In conclusion, the purpose of this study is to demonstrate that operational skill, as the most important component of military art, is continuously developing, and that its role and significance have increased to an irreplaceable degree under modern conditions.
